Dina Tanani, Gaza

Dina Tanani is an Illuminated Cities 2025 Poetry of the Camps-Gaza fellow.

Dina, a human before anything else, works in the field of education and is a lover of life, art, and words. She usually writes diaries and scattered thoughts, not poetry, but wanted to step into this space to speak in a new voice, even if it trembles. She says, “Every line I write is a small act of survival, a way to find beauty amid the ruins, and to keep becoming.”
